1. Assessment of the Blue Economy (BE) Contribution in IGAD Member States
Scope:
- Conducted assessments of blue resources in freshwater and marine ecosystems across six IGAD member states (Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, Sudan, South Sudan, and Djibouti).
- Prepared national status reports and created awareness of the Blue Economy’s potential.

2. National Landscape and Ecosystem Restoration Strategy for Kenya

- Developed a comprehensive restoration strategy covering wetlands, forests, rangelands, and agroecosystems.
- Focused on achieving ecological balance and restoring degraded landscapes.

- Drafted Kenya’s National Landscape and Ecosystem Restoration Strategy.

3. Water Quantity and Quality Baseline Study for Kimana and Nolturesh River Systems
Scope:
- Conducted hydrological mapping and assessed the quality and quantity of water in rivers and springs.
- Designed a citizen-led water monitoring system to track ecological flows and promote community involvement.

- Enabled better water resource management in the Kimana and Nolturesh sub-basins.

4. Nyeri County Climate Change Policy Framework
